Tavant is an early pioneer in adopting the SOA style of application development. We have successfully engineered from ground-up and delivered one of the largest mission-critical financial applications using SOA. This application consists of about 20 services/components interacting with each other through an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) using Messaging and Web Services. The application uses state of the art standards-based technology in this application including ESB, Web Services and Messaging.
We built our own tools for SOA to address needs not met by existing products. These tools include robust design-time tools for SOA, contract specification between services, and real-time application-level monitoring of SOA applications. We are now recognized experts in the field - published papers and presented talks on SOA at leading international conferences. |
