CLAIMS PROCESSING

The Claims component is a complete solution that allows web-based claim submission by service providers, auto-processing of the claims based on rules, manual adjudication in case of exceptions and claim payment generation and reconciliation. It eliminates claims with incorrect data completely, ensures policy compliance and limits manual review only to exceptional cases thus improving both the data and process efficiency.
PART RETURNS

The Part Returns component notifies the service providers online of the warranty parts to be returned as your business demands. It ensures return policy compliance by providing up to date information to all the parties involved - service providers, warehouse personnel and claims reviewers. It automates the part returns determination and notification process and at the same time provides flexibility to control it manually thus eliminating waste in freight charges to the maximum extent possible.
SUPPLIER RECOVERY

The Supplier Recovery component provides an online interaction mechanism to your sourcing department and the suppliers for recovering the warranty costs for which your suppliers are responsible. Based on part sourcing details a version of the incoming claim is sent to the supplier for approval. POLICY MANAGEMENT

The Policies and Contracts component uses the Tavant rules engine to enable flexible policy and contract administration. Using this component, you can setup new policies and contracts in real-time and make them available for registration or purchase. It also checks the claims for policy compliance in real-time eliminating entry of any incorrect or fraudulent claims. The component helps you eliminate fraudulent activities and also gives you a competitive edge to offer flexible policies that meet your customers' needs.
FIELD INVENTORY

The Field Inventory component keeps track of your whole goods inventory in the field. It provides crisp views of where the inventory is to you and your dealers. It integrates with the other components of the solution to provide a very detailed view of the complete unit service history. The service history includes warranty coverage information, unit claims history, outstanding service campaigns and the inventory transactions. It helps you and your service providers to eliminate wrong decisions due to lack of information.
WARRANTY ANALYTICS

The Warranty Analytics component provides data analysis capabilities both for operational and forecasting purposes. On the operational front it uses all the data captured in the Warranty & Repair Management solution to perform analysis such as warranty payouts, processing efficiency, service provider performance, spend on logistics and warranty cost recovery.
