SERVICE ISSUE TRACKING

The Service Issues component manages and tracks any service issue that is raised by a field technician, a customer or a service provider and needs a resolution. It provides routing of the issues and escalation mechanisms to handle the issue efficiently. Detailed analysis can be performed to understand the nature of repeat issues and feed the results into product improvement.
SERVICE SCHEDULING

The Service Scheduling component enables your customer service representatives, field technicians or your service centers to schedule service times with the end customer. Based on the geographical location of the end customer, the system can narrow down to the eligible service centers and schedule a service time that is mutually agreeable to both the end customer and the service center/field technician. Service Scheduling integrates seamlessly with the warranty claims component if the unit is under warranty or allows the technician to report status and details of the service if the repair was not under warranty. It achieves maintenance of the complete service history of every unit and lets you analyze your product performance and cost per unit data.
SERVICE CAMPAIGNS

The Service Campaigns component helps you effectively administer any campaigns such as safety recalls, service bulletins or early warning repairs. Using the component, you can notify your service providers online or by post of the units that are affected by these campaigns. It provides online claim submission by your service providers and helps you stay on top of the campaign status through extensive reporting. The Service Campaigns component also comes with complete NHTSA reporting. It helps you eliminate all the manual processes of administering and controlling the campaign and at the same time integrates it into the holistic service operations parameters.
SERVICE PARTS INVENTORY

The Service Parts Inventory component provides you insight into the parts inventory of your service channel. The service centers can maintain their parts inventory using this component or choose to synchronize / upload the parts inventory data with their internal dealer systems. It also provides integration into your order management systems with ability to generate automatic orders based on specified inventory levels. It allows you to improve your inventory levels by allowing dealer-to-dealer transactions and analyzing inventory levels on a global scale rather than relying on individual service centers thus freeing up tied up inventory capital and reducing rush orders.
SERVICE PRM ANALYTICS

The Service PRM Analytics components provides the necessary tools and techniques to measure and analyze your partner performance and channel inventory. It lets you evaluate your suppliers based on their product performance, evaluate your service centers on the quality of their repairs based on first-time resolutions or repeat issues and it lets you optimize your inventory levels by providing better and more accurate information in real-time.
