Sarvesh Mahesh: Chief Executive Officer

As the Founder, President and CEO, Sarvesh is responsible for building the Tavant vision and guiding the company's strategy.

Prior to Tavant, Sarvesh was Director, Merchant Services at Amazon.com, where he was responsible for building services for merchants to sell on the Amazon platform.

Before that, Sarvesh was Vice President of Customer Solutions at Junglee and was responsible for operations, deployment, customer service, and data acquisition for the Junglee Shopping Network as well as the Junglee Jobs Network. Under his leadership Junglee deployed co-branded sites with Yahoo, CNET, Zdnet, Go2Net, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and several other leading sites.

He has also served as a Practice Director at Sybase Professional Services, managing their West Coast practice.

Sarvesh holds a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

HASSAN RASHID - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - GLOBAL SALES

As the Head of Global Sales at Tavant Technologies, Hassan is responsible for driving market share and growth in the Mortgage domain.

Before joining Tavant, Hassan was Senior Vice President, Channel Sales and Business Development at Dorado Corporation where he was involved in developing the organization’s sales infrastructure, strategic partnerships. He was also responsible for direct as well as indirect sales which resulted in significant growth over the past 6 years.

Prior to that he was the Senior Director, Transaction Services, at Homestore Inc. where he was responsible for delivering technology solutions to the top 40 realty companies and their captive mortgage and affinity relationships.

Hassan has also held senior level positions in Freddie Mac, responsible for developing and delivering mission critical products to capital markets and financial institutions. At Freddie Mac, Hassan was part of the core team responsible for developing and delivering Loan Prospector to the mortgage industry. Hassan has held leading positions at major consulting companies, delivering a broad array of solutions to the US Dept. of HUD.

Hassan holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Management & Data Processing from West Virginia Institute of Technology, Montgomery, WV.

CHRISTOPH KNOESS: VP MORTGAGE & FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS

As the VP Mortgage and Financial Solutions Group, Christoph is responsible for growing Tavant’s Mortgage Solutions business.

Christoph is a thought leader in the lending industry and has developed, both as customer and service provider, loan systems that radically change the efficiency of lending operations. He has hands on experience in the mortgage industry and a decade long track record of improving businesses through technology and process optimization.

Before joining Tavant, Christoph was managing the loan processing and underwriting operations of a major lender in the US.

Christoph has also worked in the private equity and management consulting sector, teaming with Fortune 500 corporations. Here he was involved in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational improvements.

He has also been a partner at Mercer Management Consulting, focusing on high tech industries.

Subbu Subramanian: Sr. Director of Solutions Architecture

Subbu Subramanian, Sr. Director of Solutions Architecture at Tavant Technologies, leads several enterprise software development efforts in the mortgage industry. Some of the recent projects Subbu led involved building mission-critical loan lifecycle applications from ground up on the Service Oriented Architecture. Prior to Tavant, Subbu worked as a Research Staff Member in the database group at IBM's Almaden Research Center, San Jose. At IBM Research, Subbu first worked on the design and development of advanced data management features for IBM's heterogeneous database system - DataJoiner. After that, he conducted research and development in the general areas of Web and databases with particular emphasis on efficiently translating traditional forms of data (such as relational data) into XML documents.

Subbu has published and presented over twenty papers in prestigious computer science conferences and journals. His publications span a wide array of research areas including enterprise software applications, systems integration, Service Oriented Architecture, heterogeneous databases, data integration, XML query processing, SQL query language extensions, and efficient processing of queries on large data sets. Subbu has been invited to present talks at prestigious institutions including AT&T Research, Bell Labs, Oracle, and University of British Columbia. Subbu has also authored eight patents, has served in the program committees of leading data management conferences, and organized workshops in the areas of Web information management. Subbu holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Concordia University, Montreal and an M.S in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi.
