Our global delivery model is very collaborative, with key people transitions between Client Site and Offshore at strategic points in the Project delivery lifecycle. The team is always intact; we keep the same people right from inception through deployment and beyond. Below is a sampling of how we structure our teams during the various phases:

• Discover: A phase where we identify opportunity, priority and scope of the initial engagement. Typically this is staffed with US based resources and includes a Program Manager, Solutions Architect and a Business Analyst.
• Define: A phase where the Requirements and Functional Specifications are identified in detail. This is usually staffed with Program Manager (US), Solutions Architect (US), Business Analyst (US/India), Project Manager (India), Technical Architect (India), QA (India) and maybe a Technical Lead or two (India).
• Design: The Design phase begins at the Client site but moves offshore for the detailed design. During this stage the Program Manager and/or the Solutions Architect and the Business Analyst from the US spend a few weeks in India kicking off the design and development phases and make sure there is a smooth transition and good knowledge transfer.
• Development : Primarily India-based activities with interim demonstrable deliverables to the customer.
• Deployment : Resources from India (Technical Leads) visit US to ensure smooth deployment.
