• Required Masters or Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer information system, computer applications, any engineering field, management information systems or related field.

• Gather and Analyze user requirements, develop, test, implement and maintain software applications.
• Perform custom program development and implementation, system analysis, design, testing and coding.
• Must be able to travel temporarily to job site throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.

Basic Criteria

• Required Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, any engineering, Commerce, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems.
• Any suitable combination of education, experience or training is acceptable.

• Related field plus 2 years of relevant experience in the job offered, or as a software consultant or related field.

• Direct and define the scope of each assigned project.
• Analyze and finalize the technical requirements for each project.
• Plan and coordinate the activities of the Software Engineers, and define their specific tasks so that the development is done per each project specification.
• Coordinate and guide the team to develop, design and implement software products and applications.
• Interact with customers as point of contact on behalf of Tavant, assist the customer in change management issues, user training plans and defining ongoing maintenance requirements.
• Conduct periodic performance assessment/ evaluation of the subordinates.
• Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites within the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.

• Analyze user requirements and business process, test system configuration, define systems strategy, set up base configuration, coordinate migration and upload of data.
• Analyze and enhance systems to meet program objectives. Implement business automation software.

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems OR Master's Degree or its equivalent Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

• Gather requirements and analyze application systems and document business needs.
• Assist in development, set up standards and procedures for systems development and implementation business applications.
• Plan, coordinate and discuss with software engineers and other IT professionals in software systems and applications development.
• Analyze product features, conduct business process and cost analysis.
• Write functional specifications and test, design, develop and re-engineer business applications.
