Sarvesh Mahesh: Chief Executive Officer
As the Founder, President and CEO, Sarvesh is responsible for building the Tavant vision and guiding the company's strategy.
Before joining Tavant, Sarvesh was Director, Merchant Services at Amazon.com, where he was
responsible for building services for merchants to sell on the Amazon platform.
Sarvesh has served as Vice President of Customer Solutions at Junglee and was responsible for
operations, deployment, customer service, and data acquisition for the Junglee Shopping Network as well as the Junglee Jobs Network. Under his leadership Junglee deployed co-branded sites with Yahoo, CNET, Zdnet, Go2Net, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and several other leading sites.
He has also served as a Practice Director at Sybase Professional Services, managing their West Coast practice.
Sarvesh holds a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

HASSAN RASHID: Executive Vice President - Global Sales & Marketing
In his capacity as Executive Vice President - Global Sales & Marketing, Hassan is responsible for leading the highly strategic and rapidly developing operations for Tavant Technologies.
Before joining Tavant, Hassan was Senior Vice President, Channel Sales and Business Development at Dorado Corporation where he was involved in developing the organization’s sales infrastructure, strategic partnerships. He was also responsible for direct as well as indirect sales which resulted in significant
growth over the past 6 years.
Prior to that he was the Senior Director, Transaction Services, at Homestore Inc. where he was responsible for delivering technology solutions to the top 40 realty companies and their captive mortgage and affinity relationships.
Hassan has also held senior level positions in Freddie Mac, responsible for developing and delivering mission critical products to
capital markets and financial institutions. At Freddie Mac, Hassan was part of the core team responsible for developing and delivering Loan Prospector to the mortgage industry. Hassan has held leading positions at major consulting companies, delivering a broad array
of solutions to the US Dept. of HUD.
Hassan holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Management & Data Processing from West Virginia Institute of Technology,
Montgomery, WV.

Manish Arya: Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder, Manish is responsible for overseeing the technological progress and evolution of Tavant.
Before joining Tavant, Manish provided technical leadership to the team at Amazon.com. Under his leadership, Amazon re-architected its product catalog management system and laid the foundation for a broad range of system scaling efforts.
Prior to that, Manish was at Junglee, where he architected and built an all-Java platform for one of the first e-commerce comparison shopping engines, which served many portals, including Yahoo for its original shopping guide.
Manish has also worked at IBM's Almaden Research Center, where he developed a medical image database system in collaboration with the UCLA Lab of Radiological Imaging. He also developed several components of the "Garlic" system - an enhanced version of DB2 that supports management of external data.
Manish holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Masters in Computer Science from UC Berkeley. |

Krishnan PP: Chief Delivery Officer
As the Chief Delivery Officer, Krishnan PP is responsible for managing Tavant’s solution delivery to all its customers worldwide.
Before joining Tavant, Krishnan was holding the post of Director, Product Management at Ushacomm.
Krishnan has handled large, complex projects for clients worldwide in the areas of manufacturing, telecom billing and customer care and finance. He has also led the development of a Supply Chain Management product, focusing on heuristic based optimization techniques. He has sound domain expertise in the areas of Telecom and Supply Chain Management.
Krishnan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Management degree from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, where he majored in Operations Research and Systems. |

SESHA DEVANA: Sr. Director - Finance
Sesha is Senior Director - Finance at Tavant Technologies and is responsible for Corporate Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Audit and Taxation.
Before joining Tavant, Sesha was Head of Finance at Insync Information Systems, a group company of Xoriant Corporation. Prior to that, he worked for an audit firm. He also promoted a financial services company in India before moving to the US to work at Peoplesoft Financial Consultant
Sesha has over 10 years of experience in the areas of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit, and has audited a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing, Media and Service industries.
Sesha is a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from S V University, Tirupati. |

Rohit Jain: Solutions Center Head, IT Head, Chief Information Security Officer
Having set up Tavant's Noida offshore development center, Rohit is responsible for all projects delivered out of this office located near New Delhi. The Noida ODC provides solutions to global clients in diverse domains including media and entertainment, financial and regulatory compliance, sports, ticketing, and social business products among others.
Rohit also heads the global IT organization, facilitating the delivery organization by keeping information systems humming. Under his direction, Tavant has built a modern IT infrastructure, including very early strides in virtualization of server resources to drive operating efficiencies and reduce costs.
He also serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for Tavant and is responsible for driving security initiatives, including upkeep of the ISO 27001 certification and ongoing compliance with SAS70 controls.
Before joining Tavant, Rohit was Director of Engineering at Interra Information Technologies. At Interra, he headed the Software Engineering Process Group, held additional responsibility for the global IT organization, and was also responsible for incubating and growing a large account.
Prior to that, he spent several years in the UK and Ireland, working with leading banks and building societies on applications for private portfolio management, secured and unsecured loans, and customer relationship management.
Rohit holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and a postgraduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where he majored in Systems and Marketing.

Mani Ganga: VP - Business Development
Mani is Vice President - Business Development at Tavant Technologies, and manages sales practices and territories. Mani is responsible for retention and growth of the existing accounts and new customer acquisitions. Mani has also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Delivery Officer at Tavant. In this role, he was responsible for global project delivery, account management, account growth, customer satisfaction, and employee growth and maturity.
Mani has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Tavant, he worked with organizations such as ASAT, Planetasia, Sapient, United Parcel Service and Personic Software, among others.
Mani holds a bachelor's degree in Math and a master's degree in Information Systems from BITS - Pilani, India. |

Vikas Khosla: Vice President - Sales
As Vice President, Sales, Vikas is responsible for acquisition, relationship management and retention of Tavant's large strategic customers in the West and Central territories in the US. He brings to the table over 22 years of experience in IT outsourced services and solutions, primarily focused on the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Tavant, Vikas spent 11 years at Birlasoft Inc., where as part of the management team, he helped grow the company from a USD4m operation to a 3000 person, USD175m company. Before joining Birlasoft, he worked at HCL – Hewlett Packard for 6 years, where he led sales of HP servers and solutions to corporate and strategic accounts in India.
Vikas holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and has completed a residential Management Program from XLRI, India.

TINA VAS: SENIOR DIRECTOR, GLOBAL HEAD - HUMAN RESOURCES
As Global Head - Human Resources, Tina manages Tavant's unique corporate culture, based on the belief "work hard, party harder." Tina has more than 13 years of experience in the area of human resources with high-tech companies such as Cognizant Technology Solutions and Cambridge Technology Solutions (now Xchange Inc.). Prior to joining Tavant, Tina led 5 acquisitions at different organizations, contributed to redesigning International Compensation Mapping Frameworks, designed and directed the formulation of competency-based specialization, and helped evolve the role of HR Business Partner within IT services.
Tina holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Bombay University.
