Sarvesh Mahesh: Chief Executive Officer
As the Founder, President and CEO, Sarvesh is responsible for building the Tavant vision and guiding the company's strategy.
Before joining Tavant, Sarvesh was Director, Merchant Services at Amazon.com, where he was responsible for building services for merchants to sell on the Amazon platform.
Sarvesh has served as Vice President of Customer Solutions at Junglee and was responsible for operations, deployment, customer service, and data acquisition for the Junglee Shopping Network as well as the Junglee Jobs Network. Under his leadership Junglee deployed co-branded sites with Yahoo, CNET, Zdnet, Go2Net, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and several other leading sites.
He has also served as a Practice Director at Sybase Professional Services, managing their West Coast practice.
Sarvesh holds a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Roorkee. |

HASSAN RASHID - Senior Vice President, Global Sales
In his capacity as Senior Vice President Global Sales, Hassan is responsible for leading the highly strategic and rapidly developing operations for Tavant Technologies.
Before joining Tavant, Hassan was Senior Vice President, Channel Sales and Business Development at Dorado Corporation where he was involved in developing the organization’s sales infrastructure, strategic partnerships. He was also responsible for direct as well as indirect sales which resulted in significant growth over the past 6 years.
Prior to that he was the Senior Director, Transaction Services, at Homestore Inc. where he was responsible for delivering technology solutions to the top 40 realty companies and their captive mortgage and affinity relationships.
Hassan has also held senior level positions in Freddie Mac, responsible for developing and delivering mission critical products to capital markets and financial institutions. At Freddie Mac, Hassan was part of the core team responsible for developing and delivering Loan Prospector to the mortgage industry. Hassan has held leading positions at major consulting companies, delivering a broad array of solutions to the US Dept. of HUD.

CHRISTOPH KNOESS: VP, Marketing & Business Development
As the VP, Marketing & Business Development, Christoph is responsible for leading Tavant’s global marketing efforts and growing business across the organization.
Christoph is a thought leader in the lending industry and has developed, both as customer and service provider, loan systems that radically change the efficiency of lending operations. He has hands on experience in the mortgage industry and a decade long track record of improving businesses through technology and process optimization.
Before joining Tavant, Christoph was managing the loan processing and underwriting operations of a major lender in the US.
Christoph has also worked in the private equity and management consulting sector, teaming with Fortune 500 corporations. Here he was involved in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational improvements.
He has also been a partner at Mercer Management Consulting, focusing on high tech industries. |

Subramaniam Ganga: EVP, Enterprise Solutions Group
As the EVP, Enterprise Solutions Group, Subramaniam Ganga is responsible for leading the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, catering to the global Independent Software Vendors (ISV) market place.
Before joining Tavant, Subramaniam was at ASAT Ltd., Hong Kong, where he was the interim CIO responsible for assessing all IT capabilities and readiness and managing an outsourced development of the company's new MRP system which was based on Java and EJB.
Subramaniam has also worked at Planetasia Ltd., where he was the Vice President of US Operations. During his tenure, he was responsible for the global delivery of US based projects and created and implemented a global delivery methodology.
He began his career as a consultant for Tata Unisys Ltd. and has held senior posts at Sapient and Personic Software, Inc. He has also consulted for Hambrecht & Quist LLC. as well as supervised development of a contract management system. Prior to H & Q, he held management positions at various businesses including Fritz Companies and All Phase Electric Supply Company.
Subramaniam holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BS in Mathematics from B.I.T.S., Pilani, India. |

Jerome Marr - Vice President
As Vice President, Jerome (Jer) is currently responsible for managing Tavant’s Southern California offices and large accounts.
Jer started with Tavant by leading the creation of Buyer and Supplier functionality for Tavant’s first business platform, a peer to peer transaction portal. As Tavant continued to grow, Jer took on numerous roles associated with a rapidly changing and growing company - he headed up Tavant Operations where he directed the establishment of our first "permanent" facilities in Bangalore, he also was in charge of setting up our geo-locational operations centers.
Later, Jer took on the roles of Client Partner and Practice Head of our largest customers where he grew them across several operational lines. Jer has also been instrumental in growing Tavant's US presence and in conducting various R&D efforts.
Before joining Tavant, Jer was head of Product Marketing at Homestore.com where he was tasked with increasing sales revenue prior to the company's IPO, in which he designed and created B2C products using an ASP revenue model. Jerome has also worked at Southern California Edison (EIX) and San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant.
Jerome has an MBA from the University of Southern California, USC and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD. |

Manish Arya: Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer, Manish is responsible for overseeing the technological progress and evolution of Tavant.
Before joining Tavant, Manish provided technical leadership to the team at Amazon.com. Under his leadership, Amazon re-architected its product catalog management system and laid the foundation for a broad range of system scaling efforts.
Prior to that, Manish was at Junglee, where he architected and built an all-Java platform for one of the first e-commerce comparison shopping engines, which served many portals, including Yahoo for its original shopping guide.
Manish has also worked at IBM's Almaden Research Center, where he developed a medical image database system in collaboration with the UCLA Lab of Radiological Imaging. He also developed several components of the "Garlic" system - an enhanced version of DB2 that supports management of external data.
Manish holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Masters in Computer Science from UC Berkeley. |

Krishnan PP: Chief Delivery Officer
As the Chief Delivery Officer, Krishnan PP is responsible for managing Tavant’s solution delivery to all its customers worldwide.
Before joining Tavant, Krishnan was holding the post of Director, Product Management at Ushacomm.
Krishnan has handled large, complex projects for clients worldwide in the areas of manufacturing, telecom billing and customer care and finance. He has also led the development of a Supply Chain Management product, focusing on heuristic based optimization techniques. He has sound domain expertise in the areas of Telecom and Supply chain management.
Krishnan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Management degree from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, where he majored in Operations Research and Systems. |

Rajiv Ranjan: Chief Financial Officer and Global Head of Platform Services (HR & Facilities)
As the Chief Financial Officer and Global Head of Platform Services, Rajiv is responsible for Tavant’s entire gamut of financial and accounting activities. In this capacity, he oversees Human Resources and Facilities.
Before joining Tavant, Rajiv was the Executive VP of Finance with WNS Global Services, a business process outsourcing company. He has held leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies and his experience includes financial analysis and planning, statutory reporting and filing, and contracting and pricing.
Rajiv is a licensed CPA, CMA, and earned his MBAs from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).
